I used to spend way too long playing a game called “Captive” on my brother’s Atari ST. Another good one was Dungeon Master. The game interfaces on both were excellent - and combined with a good diversity of monsters, weapons and depth of levels, made for games that really kicked ass. I also loved to brainlessly play Bubble Bobble, Rainbow Islands and other games like R-Type. My days of running pirated / bootleg software and coding began at a young age of 12 with that Atari ST.
