SF: Day 1: Bright Red & Fully Alphabetized
Posted on September 14th, 2005
'Azriel' & I arrived in SF last night. Phourque picked us and our pile of luggage & boxes up from SFO - no problems on the flight, no cavity searches. So, after much planning, sweating, and worrying... we are here. It is cold and foggy (as expected), but we are lucky to have a room to stay in. However, it comes unfurnished, so we bought a nice futon mattress with bright red cover. Some of the houses here are interesting bright colors. I wonder if we'll end up in a purplish pink house. We're on the second floor and I have audio being piped up in some kind of old school vent. It's playing punk rock from the nether regions of the bowels of the house. There's a block of streets round here that go in alphabetical order while the streets that go perpendicular to them are numerically sequential. Neat.Entry Filed under: Other
