a post-modern infinite loop of influence

It’s time again for YAAS (Yet Another Apple Suit) and this time it’s Lugz suing Apple for supposedly ripping off the design of a TV ad. They do have some striking similarities, but as Azriel put it, the ‘post-modern infinite loop of influence’ could mean it’s simply a matter of a cultural vortex of hot design styles, cultural influences & color choices spitting out a twin. After all, monkeys could have written Macbeth, right?
