Wine connoisseurs have always been a very choosy breed, sometimes willing to spend exordinant amounts of money on the experieence of enjoying wine. "The Pek Wine Steward prevents wine from spoiling by injecting argon, an inert gas, into thebottle before sealing it airtight with silicon." Wowee. Fluid dynamics modelling, inert gases, gas injection. My thoughts? Just finish off the bottle! Though this would be perfect to enjoy that $1000 bottle for more than one session.
