The WOW Armory is the type of great resource every online game should have. To have that information accessible to coders through an API is even better. Check out some of the
nice tools being coded to check out guild data.

Oh those happy North Koreans! Always coming up with exciting new inventions. Take the
Autonomous Machinegun being developed by Samsung - human tracking and shooting capabilities - yay! I wonder how long till the US of A implements a similar technique to protect their border against the uber-terrorists :)

This
Yuki Figure is so awesome because it reminds me of the part of The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi where they perform at the school talent show.

I love London. Something is always happening and it makes the city feel like a living, breathing thing. Take the
tube art at Glocucester Road station by Chiho Aoshima, part of a program to put art in tube station that has been around for years. Very cool.

As I've been keeping up with Anime figurines, there has been one strong theme: Ayanami Rei, of Evangelion fame. There are countless versions of her:
moped Rei,
Goth Loli Rei,
tennis Rei,
mermaid Rei. The latest one I've seen is the
Ayanami Rei Nurse Figure, which is, like all the others, sullen but direct. I don't however, own any.... Where do I order? ;) [Edit: Per an educated commenter, this isn't Rei - it is Ryomou from Ikkitousen. ]
