The Izona by Fisher & Paykel is a sci-fi looking gas cooking range where things protrude and retract, providing a flat surface for cleaning, but raised supports for cooking.

I’m always on the lookout for good coat hooks. It’s a weird thing. Anyway, these HANG Wall Hooks caught my eye - typographic coat hooks are good looking and functional!

Hulger: The DJ Adaptor is a 1/4 jack enabled old school phone handset ready for use in clubs. If you want to give off that telephone operator look for your gig.

This Rolleiflex MiniDigi is a digital camera pretending to be an old-school classic. Not too sure about how useful this would be - you lose the authentic film thing, plus it’s low megapixel and square format means nothing with Photoshop Crop Tool - but still, it’s hard to resist it because it is just so darn cute.

I’m thinking of getting this Logitech Kinetik 15.4 Backpack for my upcoming trip to Japan. It looks good, isn’t massive yet fits tons of stuff (incl laptop).

The holoCube, if it really does project a 3D image, is an amazingly rad gadget. It’s hard to tell from the site video - if the camera had panned around the cube and the image retained 3d-ness I would have been convinced. May just be a 2d image projected on a clear screen.

The Pioneer’s SVM-1000 looks to be a seriously cool piece for kit for the budding DJ/VJ hybrid. It’s a pretty niche hobby/job/artform, so I’m surprised these gadgets are even being developed - but it’s still rad. Via pingmag.
