chick sexing is a dirty job

NPR has a good interview with Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs on the Discovery Channel. The description of how to check the sex of a baby chick is particularly funny, going into detail on the poop-squirting and anal-probing required to figure it out. I'd much rather toil away in an office cube than shovel excrement or gut squid all day, every day.
